Title: Gainesville Pharmacist Richard Stepp shares the challenges and problems of his professional practice with a pharmacy student for the UF. Mr. Stepp, a graduate of UF's COP is one of 20 local community pharmacists who served as clinical instructors for pharmacy students. The students are given the opportunity for part time work during a special practicum course which allows them to apply the theories and formulas learned inthe classroom to the reality of the professional practice
