Title: Animal Research-a scanning electron photomicrograph reveals the little creature whose venom is strong enough to cause death in a grown person allergic to the sting. Th Fire Ant does not leave a stinger in it's victim, rather, the stinger is used to inject venom. The stinger is found at the tip of the ants abdomen (to the left and near the bottom of the picture.)
