TWENTY-FOUR TRIP RAILROAD TICKET

REGULATIONS
This fickel is issued for the personal use of lhe employee whose name and signature appear within.
II may also be used by his wife and dependent children, his parents and paremula-law when they are
entirely dependent upon and reside with him on the Isths and by nursemalds when attending his Infami
children. The relationship or sates of such persons mud be shown by the employee In the space provided
on the back of each coupon.
The holder of this ticket will Ill in the coupon and slgn it before entering train. A coupon Is good
Iw only one person in one direction, and will nol be accepted II detached.
Upon tueminalion of service this ticket becomes void and must be sunendered with unused coupons
to the Trealsure before Anal payment of salary is made.
Any attempt to missme this transportation will
result in disciplinary action. In the even il is lad
prompt detailed report in writing must be mode to
the Administrative Branch.
