The new alarm touch pad has now been installed in the Arrivas House.
The code is currently set at Operation is as follows:

If the system is in the alarm mode, the green LED on the pad will be
flashing rapidly and the red LED will be glowing. In order to disarm
the system, simply enter the code, pressing firmly. Hold the last
digit until the red LED is extinguished. The green LED will begin to
flash slowly indicating that the system is operable but in a dissarmed
condition.

To arm the system, simply enter the code and hold the last digit until
the red LED illuminates. The green LED will be flashing rapidly to
indicate that the system is functioning and in the alarm mode.

If an error is made in entry, wait approximately 7 seconds, at which
time you will hear a beep indicating that the system is reset, and
you can begin the process again.
The old shunt switch is no longer operable. Please return the keys
to Glenda in order that they may be stored with the switch in the
event that we may need to utilize it in a different location.
