It would be my recommendation that you contact Masters Heating & Air
Conditioning to establish a maintenance contract on the equipment installed
in Arrivas House. The unit would be serviced about every six months,
which includes checking and oiling motor and checking head pressure.

We might also want to look into having this same firm quote us on a
maintenance contract for all of our air conditioning equipment.
