'RE: Project No. DOS-8375-A/8376-A
Haas House Renovation & Installation of
Concrete Floor Slab at Government House
East Wing, St. Augustine, Florida
Dear Nat:
As per our phone conversation today, I understand
that there are insufficient funds in the Haas House Project
for the State to pay me directly and I agree to accept
$1,884.00 from the State of Florida of which $3,076.25
was the original price on the Change Order. The remainder
balance of $1,192.25 I understand will be paid to me by
the Preservation Board of St. Augustine. I understand
they.will give me a purchase order at which time I will
send them an invoice and receive payment directly from
them.
Thank you very much for your assistance in this
matter.
Sincerely,
CLAY STRATT N CONTRACTOR
