Haas House Renovation & Installation of Concrete Floor at
Government House, East Wing
Dear Mr. Stratton:
Pursuant to nmy telephone call to your office today, I am confirming the
initial Construction Meeting on the above referenced project for Friday,
March 9, 1984 at 11:00 A.M. in the Board Room of the Government House.
This meeting will give us an opportunity to discuss the project, set up
the necessary coordination and give me an opportunity to tell you about
DGS's contract administrative procedures. This invitation is also extended
to Mr. Hector Miron and Mr. Howard Davis.
