NOTICE OF AWARD RECOMMENDATION


Gentlemen:

The Director of the Division of Building Construction and Property Management,
Department of General Services, State of Florida, has recommended that the
contract be awarded to your firm in the total amount of $40,869.60, accepting
the Base Bid. Contingent upon execution of the contract documents in accord-
ance with the specifications and contingent upon no protests as provided in
Section 120.53(5), Florida Statutes being received, the Executive Director of
the Department of General Services, State of Florida, will consider this
recommendation after expiration of the seventy-two (72) hour notice provision.

We have enclosed one copy of the Assignment concerning Antitrust Laws, two (2)
copies of the Certificate of Insurance, four (4) copies of the Standard Form of
Agreement, and four (4) copies of the Invoice Indemnification Rider for your
execution. To facilitate issuance of Notice to Proceed, please verify that the
items on the attached list have been completed and return all documents to this
office within ten (10) days for completion of execution.


A copy of each document will be mailed to you upon completion
the Department of General Services.
