House East Wing
Gentlemen: St. Augustine, Florida
Please consider this letter as your formal NOTICE TO MOBILIZE ON SITE AND TO PROCEED
WITH CONSTRUCTION of the contract work. It establishes April 2, 1984
as your contract commencement time and May 31, 1984 as the required date
of substantial completion. Please contact the Architect/Engineer before starting
construction on this project.
Mr. Nathan Nadler is the State's Project Director and will represent the
Owner in matters pertaining to the project. Enclosed is a guide to aid you in the
construction phase of this project.
An Initial Construction Conference will be scheduled by the Project Director, and the
Architect/Engineer. Please bring this guide, as well as a list of questions, if any,
to this conference. The conference is not a prerequisite to commencing work on the
project.
