As we discussed in the staff meeting the other day I have

arranged for the lock-up to be fumigated over the weekend of Feb.

25-26,Work Order B# 89-0355. You told me to go ahead with the

plans at a cost of $295.



I have issued the attached memo that requires that Government

House employees leave work early (by 3:00 pm) on Friday, Feb.24.

As we discussed later I will issue the necessary keys to Leonard

to allow Florida Pest Control personnel access to the building

and the lock-up. We can still set the alarm for the Florida Pest

Control people will not require access to any protected areas. I

will make sure that all independent contractors working on the

East Wing will be made aware of the plans. Florida Pest Control

will also place warning signs as required by law.

SUBJECT: FUMIGATION OF LOCK-UP IN GOV. HOUSE



As discussed in our last staff meeting the lock up in government

house needs to be fumigated. The building will have to be

emptied of all persons for two and one half days. On Friday,

Feb. 24, the building will be totally evacuated by 3:00 pm.

Nobody except Florida Pest Control employees will enter the

building until Mon. morning at 7:30 am.



If anyone has State of Florida artifacts that might require

powder post beetle fumigation, they may be placed in the lock up

as space permits.
