well as the working plan for the extensive and alterations
made at that tims.

As oen as the Peat Office Department ha placed out for
bid their Me facility, we will want to discuss the us a o
the existing building by this federal ageacy for the Quadriren-
teanial, as originally discussed with the Assistaat Postmaster
General and our Congressional delegation.
