This confirms the gist of our telephone conversation regarding
your letter of October 3, 1963, pertaining to planning for the
post office building at Saint Augustine, Florida.

We are not at this time in a position to begin negotiations for
site options or bids for a building nor to estimate the
approximate date on which we may vacate the Federal building.
