This will confirm my telephone conversation of today. I have
arranged for you to meet with Mr. Tyler Abell, Special Assistant to the
Postmaster General.

Your appointment is for 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 1963.
Mr. Abell is located in Room 3309 of the Post Office Department, 12th
Street and Pennsylvania Avenue, N. W.
