Dear X.L.:

Not having heard from you about the progress of the Llambias

House, I am a little worried.

By the time you get this letter Kathryn and I will be at the

George Washington Hotel in Jacksonville. Will you kindly send me

there a note indicating what has been done on the Llambias House

so that I may in turn discuss it with historians who might want to

visit it.

In other words, I don't want to urge people to go unless some

progress is being made.
