Dear X.L.t

Thank you so much for sending me the information about
Mr. Barnette. I was anxious to know something of his background.
What you sent answers my questions. I am returning the data you
enclosed as Iassume you may wish it for your files.

Dr. R. W. Patrick of the University of Florida is Chair-
man of local arrangements for the Southern Historical Association
meeting in Jacksonville November 12, 13 and 14. I suggest you drop
him a note and ask him the question you asked me. I know that he
is arranging a tour to St. Augustine, but know nothing of its de-
tails.

Will you let me know just how much restoration has been
made in the Llambias House and its present status so that I may
explain that to historians I see in Jacksonville?
