Dear Herbert:

Referring to the meeting of the Board of Trustees of the
Llambias House, held in your office recently, I am pleased to
enclose herewith a copy of the corrected Resolution as adopted,
which you may retain for your files. Described in the attached
memorandum are the additions which have been incorporated in
the Resolution I am enclosing. I have submitted these amendments
to Ray Vinten and he has agreed that they represent the points
raised by you and by Mr. Vinten at the meeting.
