Perpetual testimony re that said Avelina Drysdale is the owner in fee

Segui claim to have an interest in said property--that no other persons
are known to have any interest whatever in said premises, that it is pro-
posed to examine Dominga Lopez and John L. Phillips Esq. in relation
to the title of same.
Statement of Dominga Lopez. In answer to (interrogations ?) duly put
--that she deponent has been in the actual possession of the premises
described in the foregoing statement of Irvine and Avelina Drysdale for
the period of about thirty-two years being from the death of her Mother
until the sale of the property to Avelina Drysdale on the 10th of February
1867. That her Mother Maria Dolores Lopez was in actual possession of
the property described as aforesaid from the year 1821, That said Maria
Dolores Lopez derived her possession title from Rafila (Ha-bly ?) her
half sister who at the change of flags went to Cuba leaving no other relatives,
That deponent derived her possession of said premises from her said
Mother Maria Dolores Lopez and conveyed the same by deed of conveyance
to Avelina Drysdale on 10 Feb. 1867.

Said he was acquainted with premises described above and that Dominga
Lopez has been to the knowledge of deponent in the actual possession of
