Dear Mrs. Childress:
The wrecker finally cleared the debris on the Fatio House
lot and we can now begin to do a little digging, Since we employ
common labor to do the digging payment must be available immediately
upon completion of the work. Unfortunately our set up does not make
it possible to pay the laborers ourselves and then have you reimburse
us at a later date.
As soon as the money is forwarded we will begin the work.
Any remaining portion of the $50 will be returned to you.

excavation, I am
