Dear Mr. Spikes,

Enclosed you will find the inventory lists that we have been able to
piece together. These cover both of our loans to you (Loan Nos. Z-90-7 and Z-
90-9). You may find that you have items that are not listed here, or that you
don't have some objects that are listed. Please make any corrections that are
necessary and send the lists back to me.

As I mentioned to you on the phone back in January, we are transferring
all of our medical collections to the Museum of Florida History in
Tallahassee. Therefore, they will be issuing you formal loan renewal forms,
after we have verified the inventories.

Thank you for your help with this matter. Knowing how time consuming a
job like this can be, I do appreciate it very much. If you have any problems
