Dear Tracy:

As you know, the Florida State Museum in Gainesville transferred their
historical collection to the Museum of Florida History in Tallahassee in the
1980s. However, a number of items from the historical collection remained
in Gainesville and on loan. Last May we completed the original transfer of
this material. The medical collection items, on loan to your institution, were
among these objects. Currently, I am updating the transferred loans and
creating new agreements. Enclosed please find a draft of the new loan
agreement for HSAPB.

We have completed an inventory of the entire medical collection. A few
questions remain. Would you check you inventory for the items listed on
the attached sheet? I believe some of them may be in St. Augustine.

I would be happy to discuss this with you. Feel free to contact me at
(904) 488-1484.

Sincerely, .

Anita Andrews Gregory,,
Registrar.
