INVENTORY OF ARTIFACTS ON LOAN FROM THE MUSEUM OF NATURAL HISTORY
ON EXHIBIT IN THE MILITARY HOSPITAL: Jim Skurka and Tracy Spikes

This inventory is at the request of the Museum of Natural
History, Gainesville, Florida. An inventory list was sent to the
Preservation Board Curator on February 18, 1992. This list (see
attached list "A") covers two separate loans designated Z-90-7
and Z-90-9 made to the San Agustin Foundation, Inc., and picked
up by Kate Dupes, Special Projects Coordinator for Hospital
Military, and signed and released by Kathleen Deagan, Museum of
.Natural History.

Of the items inventoried from list "A" at the Military Hospital
on 3-18-92, the following list contains those not found on
exhibit or in Government House storage (inventoried 9-16-91,see
attached list "B"). *Items in list "B" are those returned by
Kate Dupes 9-16-91 upon staff being notified of her 9-14-91
unauthorized removal of the items from the Military Hospital.

NOTE: Many of the above items may be in the returned boxes in
storage at Government House; but without the objects being
numbered or photographed, proper cross-identification with the
inventory lists is difficult and bordering on a good guess.
However, a second look is warranted, and a separate report will
be sent to Gainesville.

Two other items, H-2645 Distiller pot and H-2205 Pharmacy chest,
are on exhibit in the Hospital, but are listed (circled items on
list "D") on a nomenclature list included in Kate Dupes August
17, 1990 inventory. This list was probably generated at
Gainesville, as well, and given to Ms. Dupes for identification
purposes during the loan process.
