The following is a list of the repairs made to the interior,
first floor of Heritage House. These repairs were necessary to
correct the damage done by the previous tenant, Mr. Kramer. The
damage was documented and described in the memo of May 11, 1988.
Much of the work was done by our employees with the exception n of
the electrical contract work necessitated by Mr. Kramer's removal
of the wiring and conduit.
