SUBJECT: 2ND FLOOR HERITAGE HOUSE TENANT EXIT
I h ave inspected the offices occupied until recently by Bill
Adams and Asso:ciates and have found them to be satisfactorily
cleaned,, Tib Henderson has returned all but one of the keys, the
last o:: which she needs to remove the two cannon balls still on
the site and too heavy for her to move. She said she will move
-nhe cannon b::.alls. shortly and return the last key. I noticed that
there was a small but significant amount of trash left discarded
beside e the AC unit outside. It had Mr. Weinach's name on it and
when I mentioned it to Tib she said she was unaware of it, but
would have it removed immediately.
