all of four properties purchased from Fish, only one of which was

Other properties included were Puente Numbers 342, 343, and 344,
which Peavett bought from Fish.

Property still belonged to heirs of Teresa A. Llambias and
Antonio Alvarez--4-heir "lots" were cited in a deed as the south
boundary. No house mentioned.

18? The Llambias heirs apparently sold lots 18 and 19 to Julia A.
Iwanowski, wife of Alexander Iwanowski, and the two parcels of
land they (the Iwanowski's) purchased from the estate of John
Pellicer (lot 20) and that of the Llambias heirs, (lots 18 and 19)
became the Iwanowski homestead.

Note: It is possible that the large two-story frame building
standing on lot 18 when the Saint Augustine Historical Society
bought the property was built by Alexander Iwanowski around
1880. He is listed in the 1886 directory as a boat builder,
living on Marine Street near Saint Francis.
