NS 75 ft., running W 81 ft. and E to W 70ft., according to deed of June (July ?) 16,
1785 from George Backhouse as agent for Alex. Patterson

p. 345 Affidavit (not dated nor executed) Geronimo Albarez states that Lorenzo
Llanes sold to him house and lot on St. Francis St. bounded by said street and by lots
belonging to Manuel Rengil and Manuel Solana. Coquina house, lot measuring 75ft NS, to
theW 81 and E to W 70. Deed of April 7, 1793. Pedro Cocifacio sold to him slave woman
and child, (later died). These sales were made 'in his head' because the actual owner
of house and slave is Mariana Serra wife of Jose Pons, separated from her husband and
legal transfer being impossible. The pair being now reconciled, Alvarez declares the
property belongs to the wife.
