RE: Joanada House Restoration, St. Augustine, Fla.
Dear Bob:
Enclosed please find two copies of a survey for the referenced project and
one copy of a preliminary ground floor and second floor plan prepared for
Mrs. Towers sometime ago. The preliminary drawings will give you an idea
of the scope of work she intended. Obviously, if we are to adhere to ac-
curate restoration, our approach must be less extensive and within the
limits of the existing structure and patio excavated by you. However, I
think it will be convenient for us to have an idea of her plans for the
House.
I am also enclosing copy of a letter to Susan
project and the Avero House.
