Dear Mr. Shepard:

This letter is authorization for you to proceed with the
following special services as listed under paragraph 1.4 of our
contract on the Joaneda House dated March 7, 1975.

All of 1. 4.1
All of 1.4. 2 except 1. 4. 2. 1

It is my understanding that the reports called for in para-
graphs 1. 4.1. 5 and 1. 4. 2.4 will be combined into one comprehensive
document and that we might reasonably expect receipt of the rough
draft of this report around March 31, 1975.
