RE: Restoration & Adaptation of Joaneda House
Gentlemen:

Transmitted herewith are four sets of plans and specifications for the
referenced project. The plans and specifications may be considered as
final construction documents. Please note that in order to expedite
the construction schedule, we have endeavored to complete the working
drawings prior to completing our Preliminary Report. The Preliminary
Report will be completed in the very near future.

Please forward three copies of the plans and specifications to Mr.
William Thurston in Tallahassee and keep one copy in your office as a
review set. I believe Bill Thurston will retain one copy for his files
and forward the other two to the Department of the Interior for approval
under terms of the Grant. Please note that the drawings have been for-
warded full size. However, it is our intention to reduce the drawings
to half size and bind them with the specifications as a single document
when the project is let for bid. The specifications index will be slightly
modified at that time.

I will make arrangements to meet with you at your convenience upon your
completion of the review of the documents for your comments and suggestions.
