Thank you so much forgiving so freely of your time and talents
to please an old lady. My daughter, Sarah, certainly was impressed with you.


This is to clarify the things that we discussed:


1. You are sending the plans immediately to be approved, strik-
ing out the omission of the upstairs bathroom window and the downstairs door.


2. You are going to get the approval of bars in front of the
Treasury Street windows and the use of opaque glass in them.


3. You are going to ask Hershel to re-work the plans putting
the kitchen in the small room off of the living room; and putting a staircase, bath-
room and bedroom in the larger room off of the living room. Please ask him to
contact me to see the new plan when he has finished it.

5. Would you please make arrangements for workmen to begin
building the cement block wall using part of the existing foundation and block
