Dear John:
Thank you for your letter of June 11 lth.
I have tried to contact Herschel Shepard but have been un-
able to reach him. However, his partner suggested that I communicate with
you and tell you to omit Item 7 regarding the wooden fence. I feel that in-
asmuch as two sides of the property are masonry fences, the other two
sides should also be masonry fences. Therefore, I would like you to in-
clude a masonry fence rather than a wooden fence; otherwise, I confirm
all of the changes that we have made.
Again let me thank you all of you for your cooperation
and understanding. Love and best wishes,
Elizabeth M. Towers
