brake line, copper metal flashing for chimney, galvanized drip-edge around perimeter
and galvanized metal flashing where Jonieda House abutts adjacent building. As also
felt underlayment under everycourse of shingles.

As further conditions to this estimate, it is understood that we will not be responsible for delays caused by conditions beyond
