St. Augustine, Florida
Dear Mr. Griffin:
It is a pleasure to advise you that final approval of the
plans and specifications for the St. Augustine Historic District:
Joaneda House Development project (12-71-00017-04) has been
received from the National Park Service. On the basis of this
approval, you may proceed with the project work.
This office is required to submit a completion report to
the National Park Service when all project work has been
accomplished. In order to assure that we have adequate informa-
tion on which to base this report, we ask that you provide us
with the following:
1) copies of all contracts, bid abstracts, invoices, and
cancelled checks relating to the project,
2) a narrative summary, diary, or log of the progress of
the project,
3) a detailed statement of any particularly significant or
interesting information, unusual problems, or special techniques
and materials involved which may be of interest to others engaged
in similar projects, and
4) a photographic file illustrating the progress and effects
achieved. (Black and white snap shots or Polaroid photos are
adequate for this purpose.)
Any costs involved in gathering and recording the informa-
tion requested are allowable as authorized project costs.
My staff will continue to work closely with you as the project
progresses, and will be happy to assist you in every way possible.
