Re: Mrs. C. D. Towers Property
Montgomery Sisters
Joaneda House

Dear Mr. Coulter:

Unfortunately, Mrs. Towers' recent serious illness has
prevented us from completing this transaction. Fortunately,
Mrs. Towers has shown recent improvement and it is hoped that
the matter can be completed shortly. If, for some reason,
Mrs. Towers is not able to participate in the transaction
there is an alternative method by which title could be trans-
ferred to the State without the necessity of Mrs. Towers' being
a party. We would much prefer.to have her involved.

I will be in touch with you if it looks as though there
will be any unreasonable delay.

Very truly yours, '

JACK E. COcART, JR.
