Dear Mr. Griffin:

I have turned over a copy of Mr. Bailey's letter of
March 6 and my earlier correspondence to Mr. Bailey regarding the
Montgomery Sisters property to Mr. Jack Cowart of Towers, Cowart,
Bolling & Waters.

At the same time, I requested Mr. Cowart to arrange for
a deed to the subject property. Mrs. Towers is out of the country
until the end of April but, meanwhile, I hope that Mr. Cowart,
Mr. C. D. Towers, Jr. and I can resolve any problems that we anti-
cipate in connection with the transfer.

I hope that I will have further information on this for
you shortly.
