SUBJECT: Statement of Anticipated Use, Joaneda House (B15L7)
St. Augustine, Florida
Exterior and Grounds: To be restored to their original (ca. 1803) appearance
as a part of the overall preservation program.
Interior: Residential with a minimum of change to the basic fabric.
NOTE: Only those changes or additions necessary to comply with existing
deed restrictions, codes or other governmental regulations will be allowed
to the above.
