1 RESTORATION restores Montgomery sisters house in keeping
with other restored buildings and subject to approval of TOWERS.
2. RESTORATION grants life estate to TOWERS or TOWERS grants
. fee to RESTORATION subject to life estate for life of Sarah Elizabeth de Lannoy
Morley Towers of parcel upon which is located Montgomery sisters house.
3. TOWERS completes structure begun next door to Montgomery
sisters house, and will continue to own it permanently.
4. RESTORATION pays TOWERS approximately remaining $15,000
which will be used for completion of new structure.
5. Montgomery sisters house will be renamed Don Carlos House
in memory of Sarah Elizabeth de Lannoy Morley Towers.
6. Property on St. George Street will be deeded free and clear to
RESTORATION.
7. Adjustment will be made for replacement cost of fence around
St. George Street lot or fence will be removed and used by TOWERS elsewhere.
8. If RESTORATION is unable to finance the restoring of Montgomery
sisters house mortgage will be arranged through Florida Title & Mortgage
Company with regular monthly or quarterly payments which would have to be
paid by RESTORATION.
9. During the life of Sarah Elizabeth de Lannoy Morley Towers
RESTORATION will maintain Montgomery sisters house and grounds.
