Dear Bill:
Enclosed is a copy of a section of the 1922 city
map with the probable location of the houses from the
1764 Punte map superimposed. These appear to be the
only buildings on this property during the colonial
period. There are, however, rather large gaps in the
written record and only archaeological excavation of
the site would resolve the question. The T stands for
tabby and the F for frame. Both houses were probably
quite small. I will attempt to find out something
about the owners and will pass it on if I am successful.
