Bob Hall dropped by at 10:00 this morning, saying you had said he could look
for himself in the files to find out what was once on that empty lot on Hypolita
Street between Spanish and St. George. Our maps, archaeological records and
research files are all three in process of cataloging and are in no condition
for an untrained person to go rummaging about in, so I took an hour to talk and
look things up for him. We went through the Puente, the Moncrief and the
Rocque maps. What he wants is not owners but foundations and street widths.

What is it that the HSAPB is going to do on this Gonzmart plan, and do you want
me to drop other projects and do a site history? I don't mind; I just want to
know.
