SUBJECT: Benet Store


In view of the length of time that will be required to complete the
transfer of the Benet Store, even if approved, we should forthwith move
to implement its conversion to an 18th century store in order to obtain
monthly revenue from the building. Would you therefore please make an
assessment of the research and maintenance requirements to complete the
transition, propose a model, and provide an estimate of the time this
will take.
