The undersigned, hereinafter call the bidder, having visited the site
of the proposed project, familiarized himself with the local conditions,
nature and extent of the work, the drawings, specifications a;nd contract
requirements, proposes to furnish the following for the restoration of
the Demesa-Sanchez House, St. George Street, St. Augustine, Florida,
State Project No. DOS-3200:

said work in 90 calendar days after receipt of "Notice to Proceed"

force and effect for a period of thirty (30) calendar days after the time
of the opening of his proposal and that the Bidder will not revoke or can-

(30) days; (b) in the event the contract is awarded to this Bidder, he
will enter into a formal written contract with the Owner in accordance with
the accepted bid, within ten (10) calendar days after said contract is sub-
mitted to him.
