Summary:

Decision on roof would depend on ultimate use of building. At present, choice
#3 might be most practical from a fiscal standpoint, with fl left until such time
as the entire structure could be restored to its colonial character.

The prices quoted on renovations for the second floor are not firm but are given
as general guide lines only.

If possible, any major renovations to the second floor should be tied to a general
restoration, as the total cost of the entire project (restoration and renovation of
second floor) would not be too much larger than doing the second floor only.
