SUBJECT: De Mesa Alarm/Add Phone Line Cerveau

Village Key has quoted $525.00 to install 4 heat/smoke detectors
in the De Mesa House. Although not specified in the proposal,
Paul informed me that the price included the installation of an
auto-dialer to convert the system to a commercial monitoring
service.
This would free up the current phone line that is presently
dedicated to alarm only service and allow an additional line to
be installed in Cerveau without increasing our monthly basic
service, since the monitoring service does not require a
dedicated line.
In addition, a full service contact is available which includes
both the monitoring fee and all maintenance and repair. The cost
is $25.00/mo./system. I would recommend it. The monthly fee for
monitoring only is $15.00/system.
In order to proceed with this work, it will be necessary to have
a CSA issued for the installation of an additional line in
Cerveau and the removal of the dedicated line at De Mesa.
I have asked Village Key to submit a revised proposal specifying
exactly what they plan to do. As soon as we have that in hand,
and it is accepted, we can begin.
