All of these things require an organization or society

-2-
How shall we organize w/b regimenting?
How shall we work together w/b dictatorship?
How shall we achieve maximum material values w/o losing human values
Example: farmer wants to put down a well.
farmer wants to let cows run free.
Society changes
Take the problem of taxes
What is a heavy tax in Miss. May not be in Del.
There are two aspects to the problem
How much do you take
How much do you leave
This is the income tax principle
Applies not Just to an individual -- also to society
Ability to pay
Basically, the question is one of freedom of choice

If we can expand that freedom, even tho it shifts,
we are serving the cause of freedom

We may restrict the freedom of one man to run his cows
But we expand the freedom of many more to travel
Bverthing changes except the law of change

He shall succeed as a people if we accept change, and make it
not our master, but our servant.
