In connection with the mortgage loan from Charter Mortgage Company
to Farris Bryant and Julia 8. Bryant. his wife. I enclose the
necessary mortgage papers for their signatures.
May I also list
the following reminders:
1.
The 1964 county and city tax bills on the
property are presently outstanding, and must
be paid. Since no escrow of taxes was
called for on the closing statement. I
assume you will have both the 1964 county
and city tax bills paid directly. This,
of course. is necessary to enable the Title
Insurance Company to issue the title policy
after closing without an exception for
taxes.
I have enclosed extra copies of all mortgage
papers, so that one copy of each document
may be given to the Bryants for their own
personal file. Also enclosed is a carbon
copy of the Home Owners Insurance Policy.

which may be given to the Bryants.
