Dear Sir:
Pursuant to my letter of February 5, 195b, and January 1,
1955, and to our contract, I a ain bill you for the in-
surance costs for the year just was ed. You will note
that this year because you were occupying the property
on January 1, l955, there were no 1955 taxes, nor will
there be taxes in the future.
Insurance costs have been as follows:
