Dear Ir. Bryant:

lo are pleased to inforn you that the Florida Division of
the Anerican Cancer Society at its Annual Ieetiug in
Orlando. October 10. elected you to serve as a nonber of
its Executive Connittee (or a tern of one year. You were
also elected to the Board of Directors as a nenber at
large for a tern of three years.

Th Executive Connittee is required to neet during the nonths
of January. larch. June. August and at the Annual looting

in October. Regular neetings are usually held in Tanpa on

a Saturday in each of the above nonths. Such neetings are
usually called to order about 10:00 a.n. and adjourn about
4:00 p.u. Ienbers are entitled to reinburseneut {or ttlel
expenses in connection with all regular and called meetings.

The nenbers of the Board of Directors are asked to neet
once each year. usually during the nonth of October.

The Noninatiug Connittee is very hopeful that you will be
able to serve in both of the above capacities so that our
progran nay have the benefit of your knowledge and experience.
