Section 1. lo sdditionnl buildings shell be construct-
ed in the atste University ante. fro- stste monies or
obligsticns of the Board of Control without express spprovsl
of ench such project hsving first been granted by the
legislature.

Section 2. This Act shsll not be construed to prohibit
construction of em new buildings from privste gifts or
greats for the specific building to be constructed, nor
to prohibit the replscenent of on: building destroyed by
fire or other oslsnity; provided such replacement is limit-
ed to proceeds of incursnce or other indemnities end no
further stste monies or obligsticns of the Bcsrd of Control
ere used in such replecensnt.
