Thank you for your letter or October 5 concerning

the recommendations of the Commission relative to the
relationship between public employers and elployees.

we regretted very euch that you could not be at
the meeting because we know you would have added greatly
to the deliberations. but you were well represented. as
you always are. and we profited free that expression of
your views.

I have asked Bill Colman to include in the report
the comments set forth in your letter of October 15 and

suspect there may be others who will join you in that
View.
