The Arlington Council of the Jacksonville Area Chamber of
Commerce has scheduled the road dedication of Arlington
and Rogero Roads for Monday. October 9. 1967, pursuant
to our telephone conversation.
The proceedings will commence with a breakfast at 8:30
A. M., at the Thunderbird Motel. At 10:00 A. M. the
dedication and ribbon cutting will take place at the inter-
section of Rogero and Arlington Roads.
We would appreciate your addressing the breakfast meeting
and any appropriate remarks at the ribbon cutting. There
will be news media at both the breakfast and at the ribbon
cutting, and they would appreciate an outline of your address.
Attached is a partial list of the guests we are inviting to the
breakfast meeting. Feel free to invite as many guests as
you desire. however, if there are more than three or four
we would appreciate hearing from you so that we can make
proper reServations. Also. please advise if you desire
trausporatlon for either yourself or your guests.
