you that as the date for your appearance approached, we
would make more detailed arrangements for your visit. Ac
cordingly, I would appreciate your forwarding to me some
information concerning your personal background and the
highlights of your speech for the purpose of making a
press release. We would also like to have a photograph
that is suitable for press reproduction.

If you haVe any close personal friends in the
Tampa area that you would like to have us invite to be
